GetBot provides an AI chatbot platform that allows users to create, train, and embed custom chatbots on their websites. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use GetBot, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Train bots on copyrighted material you do not have the rights to use.
  • Generate or distribute malicious, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to bypass or exploit any security mechanisms of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GetBot and its licensors. You retain all rights to the content you upload and train your bots on.

6. API Usage and Limits

Your use of the GetBot API and embed scripts is subject to rate limiting and quotas based on your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension of your bot's functionality.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GetBot, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
